General Support

1. How many lakes are on the FHS Pro?
Answer: There are nearly 4,500 lakes.

2. Is my Lake on the FHS Pro?
Answer: Go to the FHS Pro Lake list http://www.fishinghotspots.com/electronic/list.pdf

3. Does the FHS Pro contain Great Lakes data?
Answer: Only the Great Lakes of Michigan, Erie, and Ontario contain Navico Enhanced Lake contour data in addition to all of FHS products for those lakes. There are no Navico Enhanced Lake contours for Superior or Huron. So, the only data available for Lake Huron is FHS Saginaw Bay for example.

4. Is the FHS Pro data in “HD?”
Answer: The data located in the FHS Pro is highly detailed with an exact duplication of all of the data located on the FHS paper map products.

Installing the Card

The FHS PRO USA chip is a MicroSD Card. This card will fit directly into the MicroSD slot on Endura handheld units. A SD card adaptor is included for every unit that has a SD card slot. The SD card adaptor looks like a standard size SD Card. Once the FHS PRO USA Chip (which is a microSD card) is inserted into the SD adaptor the card can be inserted into the required unit.

Handheld Units

1. Make sure that the FHS PRO USA card has its label facing in the same side as the screen of the unit.

2. Locate the microSD card slot underneath the rubber flap on the bottom of the unit

3. As you insert the card it should ‘click’ in. To remove the card: push in on the back of the card and it will eject.

Important Note for Endura Users

A FREE software upgrade for your GPS unit is needed for the FHS Pro product to properly function and display.

Your unit must be running software

Version 1.4 (or better).

To check what software version you are running hold down the ‘menu’ button for 5-10 seconds. An about screen will pop up showing what software version your unit is currently running.

The free upgrade is available here:
